Anaerobic Digesters process plant materials and/or biomass to create gas that can be used for heating and power, offering a renewable energy alternative. However, the gases created by this process create an aggressive environment within the tank which, if left unprotected, can cause significant damage to the concrete and steel structure underneath.
Properly selected and installed tank linings create a protective barrier for the concrete substrate, which can prevent HS2 attack and can add up to 30 years to the tank’s design life. We have a range of epoxy, polyurethane and polyurea tank lining systems that can be tailored to suit your projects’ requirements.
Our experienced team will work closely with you to assess your specific tank requirements, taking into consideration factors such as tank size, substrate condition, and chemical exposure. Based on this analysis, we recommend the most suitable liner system to protect and enhance the performance of your anaerobic digestion tanks.
